These 15 people are now 100% sure that they will not ever order again from these marketplaces. If you do not want your precious customer to be the next victim of these faulty items, you shouldn’t cooperate with these shady retailers. You need to keep in mind that most sellers on these sites are not wholesalers, thus selling their own items, but they are middle-men just like you are. They are reselling the items of Chinese manufacturers and sell it to Shopify merchants. If you really want your store to avoid selling bad quality items, work with real, established supplier companies who have a guarantee for unique, quality products that really work. They give your customers warranty and provide support. Most of all, as we recommend you to work with vendors who are close to your target market, the shipping time will decrease greatly, which increases customer satisfaction.
