The daily working tasks of a Syncee CSM:

 
-Convert Shopify Merchant prospects into Syncee subscribers
-Encourage Shopify Merchants to become local suppliers using our technology
-Approach established Suppliers to join our supplier list
-Offer upgrade promotions to our established Syncee subscribers
-Identify Shopify merchants for custom development requirements to help them scale up their business with Syncee 
-Solving the minor issues of our existing customers through chat and e-mail
-Scheduling and executing sales demo calls with new user prospects and partners
 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Success Management
  • Fluent English skills in writing and speaking
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team, but you are capable of working independently as well
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
  • Intermediate IT knowledge, you’ve seen files like XML, CSV and JSON
  • Interest in technologies and e-commerce
Bonus Points
  • 1-2 years in Customer Success Management
  • Work experience in a startup environment
  • Knowledege of Customer Support software, like Intercom
  • Experience in a related field as a Sales person
