Your daily routine:
-Solving the technical issues of our existing customers through chat and e-mail
-Solving other issues the customers may have with the software
-Delivering valuable customer insight to marketing and sales
-Work in close cooperation with marketing and sales to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Support
- Fluent English skills in writing
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, but you are capable of working independently as well
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
- Intermediate IT knowledge, you’ve seen files like XML, CSV and JSON
- Interest in technologies and e-commerce
- Fast-learning abilities
Bonus Points
- 1-2 years in Customer Support
- Work experience in a startup environment
- Knowledege of Customer Support software, like Intercom
- Technical support in a related field
